Group Training
Group Training is an ideal way to get fit as the dynamics of the group will keep you motivated.
Sessions consist of cardio (running, skipping,stairs) and light resistance work using your own body weight and specialised equipment.
Anyone can join regardless of fitness level or age- there are always options.
If you are looking for the comfort and convenience of training with your own family or friends at a time that suits you, then you may wish to set up your own private, group training session.
